Registered to Vote and Voted as a Felon in Idaho 

In 2020 Idaho sent out a blanket of voter's registration cards. So everyone in the state of Idaho got a voter registration card. So I and my husband thought we could vote. I feel like Idaho straight set people up.

They came after my husband right away. His PO was chill about it. She let Stanley stay out of jail while fighting his case. My husband did zero jail time on his voter fraud charges. I congratulate him!!!

In Feburary of 2022,they came after me... really two years later?! The minute the detectives left my house I was on the phone with my PO. He scheduled for me to come into P&P the coming Tuesday. I asked him if I could have the same deal as my husband and he said we would talk about it at our meeting.I told my husband,my mom,my sisters that I felt like I was going to jail.

Sure enough I showed up at P&P on Tuesday and he pulled me to the side and wouldn't let my husband come with me. I was arrested on an allegation I hadn't been proven guilty of anything at this time. So my PO opened an old probation violation that I had already served time on, which is double jeopardy...Then I was transported to ADA County Jail. 
I was there a couple of weeks then I was curious as to my reinstatement of parole so I used my money to call the PO office to ask my PO and was told he no longer had a job there. I wonder if his unemployment was due to my double jeopardy case... really wonder about that??? I sat in ADA County for four long months waiting on sentencing.

All the CO's were laughing at my charge. They couldn't believe it.They teased me about being a hardened criminal.It's bettter to laugh than cry. I could've took it to the box and most likely would've been proven not guilty but I wanted out of there so I plead guilty and was sentenced to 3 years felony probation and a $1500.00 fine/court cost. Plus I have to UA once a week. 
My husband was sentenced to 1year felony probation and no fines or court cost...The judge didn't want to give my husband anything,but he said he had to give him something. I feel Idaho should acknowledge that they made a mistake as well. 
I feel with all the technology we have, why didn't they catch it at the polls? Seems like they should've.

 I do believe if we'd voted for Biden we would have never heard a word. The definition of voter fraud is a person who has been paid for their vote or pressured into voting for a certain party...which I nor my husband did.Idaho has the highest number of incarcerated,people  and more on probation or parole, in the USA.They have 71 out of 100 people in the system. 
Currently they're voting on putting in a new prison. Idaho arrest people for ridiculous crimes. They've figured a way to get grant money by overcrowding their jails and prisons.I successfully topped my parole in ADA County Jail while awaiting my sentencing...
